Have been experiencing a trend in my blood sugar to rise to highs of 15+ mid-late afternoon. This is at least 4 hours after lunch, during those 4 hours my blood sugar stabilises nicely indicating correct NOVORAPID for lunch.

I am on insulin. What I really want to know is if the DVLA contact your GP or diabetic specialist regardless of the info you provide in their forms. eg, If I declare 0 serious hypos do they verify this with checks with healthcare professional? I have nothing to hide it's just I haven't seen...

I haven't had an hba1c taken in over a year and haven't seen my GP in that time either. I do have records of good blood testing results however.
