    Since being on metformin ive struggled to keep my hair clean, it literally gets greasy within about 10 hours of washing it, its also gone thin, should I be worried or is this a side affect?

    I've read alot that avocado are is really good for diabetes and controlling sugar levels but some people have said is basically eating the equivalent to eating a mars bar.

    I think I've just experienced my first hypo. 5.3 sugar level Feeling -dizzy -shaky -comfused -headache -sweating -anxious -blurred vision Starting to calm now, had a sugary drink and lead down. Is this signs of a hypo?
