    I understand but I’m was advised here to try take a glucose test so I did it read 87 before breakfast in the morning so my question is is this good or bad do I have diabetes?

    Thank you but this was an eye opener for me. I’m changing my lifestyle and eating and never going back to my old habits. In the past few days I have really took all of this in and reflected on my life and lifestyle. I just hope it’s not too late!

    Thank you yes I can feel everything good in feet and hands. Foot is just a slight tingle on toes hand good feeling also but wake up in the night with numbness
