8.4 sadly. Visiting relatives for a few days and having to resort to traditional (couldn't care less about carbs) diet and crazy advice on what foods are "good for you." Trying to do my best but seen a few horrific peaks on the CGM despite efforts.

6.1 this morning, cannot get into the mythical 5s for me unless I test at 3am which is neither practical or desirable. CGM always shows a nice low overnight but steady rise at about 3.30. Didn't think I was dreaming about carby foods every night.
6.5, still in the "goldilocks" region/zone for me. Always slightly concerned that all good things often come to an abrupt end but enjoying the moment for now.
Weird isn't it, once the CGM is off or expired it always leaves me with a feeling of vulnerability even though I still finger prick and can almost predict how my bloods will respond to daily routines. Can't speak for anyone else but in many ways I am getting reliant on the CGM even when I know...
