7.2 today. Not overly concerned as great nights sleep and 2hour lie in.

Back down to 6.2 despite really disturbed hot nights sleep.

7.0 today, breaking the mould of recent steady sixes and no idea why.

6.6 today, still maintaining mid 6's as has been similar over weekend.

6.3 not a bad start going into the weekend. Good luck to all with your individual challenges.

Yet another 6.4 can't complain but can't get much lower first thing either.

6.4 today, been fairly consistent last few days.

6.1 today, quite pleased but obviously misses the spikes throughout the day. Have noticed though that bad spikey days are usually reflected in higher than normal morning readings next day.

7.0 this morning but bad spikes due to diet during waking hours. Nothing higher than 10 but too many of them.

6.4 today. New CGM fitted last night so looking to spot the hidden spikes throughout the day.

6.0 today on the roller coaster of unexplained readings. Hopefully CGM arriving today which always makes me feel more in control, or maybe just false hope.

Jumped into the sevens this morning at 7.2 although did test a bit later but no excuse.

6.8 hopefully not on too much of an unstoppable upward trend, although next week's family visit will always present challenges.

6.2 happily in the low sixes, but will it stay there?

6.6 today, reasonable start to the week
