No not really, I have been on a low carb diet since I was first diagnosed as my HbA1c was 90 and it terrified me! So been eating the usual (meat, salad, nuts etc) just not as much.

I’m really new to this, so sorry, I just assumed it was in a bad range from what I’ve read.

Thanks for your reply. I had a LFT as part of my tests and all seems okay. I’ve cut right down but my mental health has plummeted. I guess it’s my body adjusting! Bloods are coming down I just want to be one of the luckier ones who can put this into remission and carry on with a healthier lifestyle.

Thank you for your helpful advice and not judging me. I only drink red wine but have started cutting that down a bit, but glad to know it’s okay I’m moderation. My fingers hurt from all the testing [emoji23] but I will persevere with it, thank you again.
