    Medication:
    levothyroxine 100mcg daily. furosemide 40mg if needed, tolterodine 4mg, movicol powder 1-2daily, lansoprazole 100mcg 1-2 if needed, Ventolin inhaler now and then. started on glyclazide 80mg on 12/5/17 because all forms ofmetformin made me vomit. Reduced to 40mg April 2018 because getting very low readings at times. Increased back to 80mg as blood sugars were really not low enough most of the time and in April 2019 went up to 80mg twice a day.
    Exercise:
    walking all I can- atleast averaging 1.5 mile a day
    Likes:
    Music, knitting, food, holidays, reading
    Dislikes:
    Salad as makes me vomit, all raw vegetables, nuts etc give me indigestion
    Not losing weight.Have lowish carb diet,plus low fat because of NASH and low quantity becasue of gastric reflux. Test with LIbre and need to test before driving (DVLA ) so restest with capillary if LIbre looks low, as usually actually ok. Libre reads lower than capillary usually.
    Eat Huel for breakfast as it is all I can face. Take oat based shakes if I need a quick topup from hunger even if BS not low.
