      Hi Clive.
      Welcome to the site.
      It can seem a tad daunting at first... thinking you are fine, then thinking OMG I'm dying!
      Neither of which is true, we'll actually the dying bit is, its just when.

      Maintaining a good quality of life until that day arrives, is surely 'the' most important bit.

      This place is full of great people and great advice.
