I went for the results of my HbA1c yesterday after being on Victoza for 3 months and my levels are down to around 6% which according to the doc is in the normal range. I've also lost a stone in weight but that isn't purely down to the meds as I have been eating healthier too....trying to cut out...

I've been on Victoza now for around a month.... started on 0.6 and am now on 1.2.
I guess I have been lucky in that I haven't had any nausea at all . I have had one episode of low blood sugar but I managed to resolve that without any problem. I haven't noticed any adverse...
Oh that's a shame that you are not taking it too well but as you say it is early days so I do hope things improve. I am still doing fine with it - I do seem to be feeling less hungry . I didn't think I had lost any weight but got weighed at the docs on Thursday and I had lost a couple of kg's...

Good luck with the Victoza...I did the same ..0.6 for one week and now I am up to 1.2. I haven't had any negative effects so far but then I seem to have a strong constitution as I didn't get any problems with Metformin either...

I am doing fine with it so far thank you..... I was expecting upset tummy etc but so far everything has been fine. Got to go back to the docs next week to report and get a new prescription. I was dreading...
