I take Insulin detemir (Levemir) twice a day 62u at about 6am and 45u at about 6pm. I also use Novorapid on a 3 to 1 ratio in accordance with the DAFNE regimen. In addition I take Metformin 1000mg once daily at about 6pm as well as recently commencing Dapagliflozin (Farxiga) 10mg once daily at again about 6pm
