Got the app. Wow what a brilliant tool. Today got my lowest reading yet of 7.3 before meals. If you had asked me 7 days ago when diagnosed with a BG of 18 I wouldn’t have thought it possible! I don’t miss any of the garbage I’ve been putting into my body. Long way to go yet but what a boost!
