After four days of huge roast dinners and loads of carbs in every meal I’ve just endured the worst night of sickness and diarrhea ever followed by 24 hours of being totally wasted. Is this just a winter sickness or could it due to a complete overload of carbs - like the opposite of Keto-flu?
I've been on the LCHF diet since April and have lost 1 1/2 stone quite easily so I know it works. I understand that by eating low carb my body gets it's energy from the stored fats but what about the high numbers of calories in the fat I'm eating? Am I burning those as well or are they somehow...
