Hello, I have tried everything on my iPhone XR to set the alarms up on my freestyle LibreLink app but when I go in to custom my alarms have no tones to select from and also can’t lower the alert tone… Driving me MAD [emoji34] any help from iPhone users would be great thanks [emoji120]

Just to custom then click that and only gives me the option to save not pick any tones

I don’t have any of that just click custom and nothing appears like as if maybe the app is faulty since getting the sensor 2 haven’t been able to custom/select my own ringtone very annoying [emoji34]
