Thank you for the advice. I will ask I only saw dietician because doctor sent me to her. I personally think their a waste of time for diabetics. But I asked because the doctor denied telling me to stop carbs when she asked him.

Is it better to drink decaf coffee black or is soya ok for type 2. Also have been given conflicting advice doctor said cut out cards diabetic dietician says I need to eat carbs which is correct.
