avo hi all , im type 2 take metformin . last6 months had 3 urine infections. peeing quite a lot. no blood . but getting pain eventually went AE who said urine infection . also enlarged prostate. was reffered to urology had 2 mris / and ct scan and ultrasound. thought i had a tumour but thank god...

lunch toady 2 boiled eggs with 1 avacado tiny bit mayo mixed up , put in 2 low carb wraps . had a flat white coffee do now again 3 hours later BS 9.7 still high . i do low carb high protein usally all ok .thanks for replies

hi all went out yesterday flat iron steak london had steak salad small bit of mash water . when got home BS 6.4 . later that evening had 6 crabsticks touch mayo.this morning had few walnuts done 5 mile walk 40 mins gym. come home check BS 10.7 shocked any ideas or help many thanks

type 2 managed for ages diet only. still high had upset stomach could be why so high. most of time do low carb. hardly ever have bread loads salad veg eggs fish chicken. downfall is a curry
