    Which Juicer?

I tried the juicing (used a philips juicer) but tbh, the cost was just too much (the amount of veg needed to make enough juice) Now use a nutri ninja plus, I think it's probably better to use a blender type machine as you retain the fibre...and that is really important imo my trouble is...

    Neuropathy ???

i have had intermittent n sometimes pretty bad neuropathy in my feet...It doesn't necessarily eradicate it, but I notice, if I clean diet up, nothing manufactured, just meat, veg, fish etc that it tends to go away for the most part...although i can still get very short lasting stabbing pains...

Has anyone tried Konjac Flour rices/pasta substitutes?

these are more commonly known as miracle noodles...they have zero taste, have a fishy smell that is removed by rinsing, a strange very al dente texture and absorb the flavours of what you cook them with. Fantastic as it is basically 100% fibre, very good for you and your blood sugars and any...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p02ddsd9 this series (amongst others) highlights why the idea that overweight folk are just lazy food shovellers is perpetuated by the lazy and thought deficient Simplistic ideas, for simplistic folks i suppose
