    Hi @ freema Have you tried the konjac noodles instead of pasta? Or spiralised courgette or squash? They are the nearest replacements I have found. I think konjac are more rubbery but bearable. You need to find de the liquid off really well though

    LCHF and Stool (there's no way to be delicate!)

    I find 2/3 flax crackers (milled linseed) help and you can have them with all sorts - peanut butter, cheese, avocado, pate, mackerel pate etc I found they gave me stomach ache due to fibre increase for couple of days but then got used to them.

    Are you really hungry? Sometimes I feel sick if I'm really hungry, this doesn't happen often on Lchf does it, but if I've drunk more alcohol and not eaten much I can go too low and have to eat toast. Only happened couple of times. Hope you feel better soon.

    Why thanks but I'm 14st and old haha! Do you think lowering veg helps? I don't eat rice, bread, potatoes, pasta and the only bread I eat is burger or Lidl and that's now and again not daily. I walk 2/3 miles 5 days a week. I try to do 16/8 fast mostly. I drink red/white wine 3 times a week...

    Thanks for your replies, I think I'm just jealous at all these people shedding loads while I'm a bit stuck. I'm going to lower my fats slightly and restrict alcohol a bit more. See if that works.

    Hi Yes it's good as it works out macros, calories and records activities. I would recommend it. You can also save recipes, so when you have put them in it makes it easier. Good luck D
