B I had a banana, L some chicken, ham and pork scratchings and for dinner crispy aromatic duck with pancakes

Im currently doing the LCHF diet and i must say im losing weight and finding the diet very good. But the only thing is i am running out of ideas of what to do with meal times esp dinner meals. I would appreciate if any of you guys could post some ideas or recipes of what i can make. Thank you :)

I agree Daphne low cal diets are not for me either, hence the LCHF is the one for me :)

Ive lost 10lbs in a space of seven weeks is that good ? or bad. I cant seem to shift easy, does anyone have the same problem, or am i doing something wrong?

Hi I have been low carbing for around six weeks, and only lost 10lbs and seemed to have plateaued, I am struggling to lose more. Any advice on how to lose more would be appreciated.
