Is there a cure for diabetes or all we can do is take pills?

I know and accept that a lot of people are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes but I am actually worried even though I am diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. I don't have any kids right now and am afraid that diabetes will prevail among my future kids if i don't take steps to cure it right away. Please help.

Have you experienced any kind of side effects?

For all you know it might be the drug itself. There might be some ingredient that you might be allergic to. You should try switching the dosage or try another brand of this drug so that you can be sure you are well suited to the dose of medicine you consume.

I don't think artificial sugar of any sort should be consumed by us diabetic people since any kind of sugar consumption will adversely affect our glucose levels and will mean higher dosage of medicines in the future.
