Hi to all, I have lost weight 6 pounds and my blood glusoses are better and was told i need to take metformin at bedtime so hooefully i will be able to have it at this time n also loose more weight i have also cut out carbs n sugery food all together. Diamonds.

Hi to all, Why do i get bruises when i inject insulin on my stomach? They are quite big i am only injecting 6 units as advised by diabetes nurse. Diamonds.

We are going down to Paington in devon on Saturday do i need to keep my insulin cool in a cool pack 6 or more hours travelling. I am also changing to diabetes care at chesterfield instead of sheffield. My appointment is on 8th of august so hopefully will get better care than i did at sheffield...
