      blood glucose control, A lot of people do have this experience... that is why we have a low carb high fat diet. i have been on this diet for 4 months and i am regularly below 5s b4 food and under 7s after eating bu hidden carbs in loads of things and misleading "sugar free" foods can still send me into the 8s, so really carb intolerant
