U need carbs for energy. Speak with ur diabetic doc.

Just finished the DAFNE course last week they taught us counting carbs.... Only take insulin for the carbs u eat... Zero carbs I think is really bad

I get that too... I asked that question at DAFNE course and the answer I was given was that it's not related to diabetes... My dad is t1 and he gets cramps and restless legs and he takes quinine for it.
