    7.7 mmol, i took Mag trisillicate towards the morning, and it is sweet. So may be it was 6.7 without magtrisllicate

    i stopped oats, good for others not for me. I no longer have the tough spikes. Possibly take porridge at another time of the day. Weetabix in my country has sugar... so i take it when am aware of what it will do.

    I am struggling with high sugars post postprandial (eating). I have now followed the Dr cycle of insulin before eating, and three times a day. I must of course get healthier, do low carbs meals and lose up-to 40Kgs body weight over the next three years. Your encouraging advice is very appreciated.
