    Having fun with friends at Zumba, Pump, and Pilates, going on easy walks that end up at a coffee shop.
    Likes:
    Generous dollops of self compassion and random acts of kindness.
    The sight of birds feeding, the smell of the sea, the sound of leaves in trees, the feel of snowflakes and the warmth of the sun, and the sweet salty taste of goat's cheese feta.....there's so much to like!
    Dislikes:
    Mean and unkind attitudes that stop people enjoying their lives or feeling good about themselves.
    Enjoying this forum and learning more about how people cope better when living with diabetes.
