I havd been doing low carbs full on for 5 weeks and sugars are great, lost nearly 2 stone and I inject far less insulin. My regime is 1 shot of insulin for every 5 carbs I eat. X
Alcohol does not always put sugars up! Not sure why but I have known this happen with many diabetics. I do not inject insulin for a glass of wine either xx
