    Thankyou. I'll have a look into that. I saw there were some noodles you can get that are low in carb bit I can't remember what they were called but I'll defo look into that. I do have some coconut flour in the cupboard[emoji4]

    Thank you so much. Its just daunting at first isn't it. I've got rid of all the high carby stuff out of my cupboards and I'm going to go shopping later on today or tomorrow and make my meals out for the week lol

    I'll try that. What did you replace it with? I'm just a bread lover and can't help it. I'm more struggling with breakfast ideas as I normally skip breakfast and then eat roast at about 10 half 10 I'm normally up at 6 too

    Hi everyone. I'm totally new to this. I have been diagnosed with type 2 and I want to begin the low carb diet. I'm going to buy some cookbooks but I need to ask is there anything I can do to get started? I literally have no idea where to start etc. If anyone could help that would be brilliant...
