Getting started

Thank you so much. Its just daunting at first isn't it. I've got rid of all the high carby stuff out of my cupboards and I'm going to go shopping later on today or tomorrow and make my meals out for the week lol
 
Hello, you replace carbs with a veggie alternative like cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles - or with carrots.
There are keto and LCHF recipes to make pasta - some of them use almond flour and some just use cheese and eggs. But do check them out :)
Thankyou. I'll have a look into that. I saw there were some noodles you can get that are low in carb bit I can't remember what they were called but I'll defo look into that. I do have some coconut flour in the cupboard

Barenaked pasta and rice or slim pasta/rice
 
I have the galaxy health app on my phone and I can track the carbs in all meals. I try to keep to 30-50 grams of carbs daily. I have lost just over 2 stones and blood sugar level has reduced. I imagine there are other apps which measure make up of food.
