Oh your not alone I had problems for 2 years until they decided I was type 1 and metformin was never going to do what it's ment to it made my life unbearable for ages to the point of not going out due to the problems it gave me hope you get sorted

I was diagnosed type 2 at 34 but some 12 mths later they changed it to type 1 as nothing they did worked suffer DKA a lot went on a pump in November 13

I've had my pump 7 weeks now it shocked me to feel so well not tired all the time I love my little bionic box the only bad thing is living on it in bed the first few nights was bad as I don't think I slept properly but now it's fine I'm on the accu-check combo and love it ..

I agree to some point places do treat diabetics badly some time a friend of mine was asked to leave a large burger chain as they thought they were doing drugs even after they explained it was insulin I was in the same chain just last night and I knew they do a list of carbs in there food apart...

Hi Not sure if Type 2 works the same as type 1 but if so your body will have produced insulin and this takes time and it could be checking it 2 hours post meal may be too soon and giving the body time to work on the glucose may find your BM goes down as insulin will just about be at its peak at...
