Thanks, I agree with your comments it certainly is working well for me. I am amazed at how quickly my figures have come down. I have never felt deprived or hungry and love the low carb diet. My life is different from 6 months ago and I certainly will never return to old ways because I feel so good.

Thank you for your comments. I agree, I am going to continue to low carb and believe the DN was inexperienced and had no real knowledge of low carb . I am also given to understand that you do not have hypos on Metformin and of course now they have stopped meds I will continue to check bloods...

Well today was my follow up appointment with DN and I was so chuffed my last HB1 was 44 . Now taken of meds except Metformin which will be reviewed in 1month. Last December H1 was 122 April it was 79 now 44 pre diabetic. Weight loss 48 pounds. All down to low carb lifestyle, more exercise and...
