in moderation for a 'healthy' individual no food is bad for people. we are more aware of the affect things like golden syrup has on our bodies and moderate our intake accordingly but to call out an advert for a syrup as grooming is a bit daily mail headline!

The other week I atattend to feel really off. I was feeling nauseous all the time, felt cold had a headache etc so I ate some carbs and felt much better.

I'm doing a couch 2 5k plan and have just finished week 5 with a 20 min run. I was amazed I could do it. I'm fairly hefty for a start plus have dine very little exercise since school.
I want to do a parkrun once I graduate from the plan

The thing is they didn't just change their diet to juices. They upped their exercise massively as well.
I couldnt live on juice alone and it would be interesting to sideshow they faired once they moved back on to solid foods. The Aussie bloke did during the programme I think bit was eating...
Of you are low carving you need to eat fat. Fat doesn't make you fat, the diet companies want you to think that it does.
It is a confusing world out there but a bit of research will help you make sense of it all.

I'm type 2 and have a few piercings and tattoos. Never had a problem with any of them. Just make sure you follow the after care meticulously.
Bepanthen is the best for tattoo healings it's a barrier cream rather than a moisturiser.
