Few days back I went a lab for blood glucose fasting test. Result was 117. I checked it on my personal meter as well and result was 105. What could be the reason? Are domestic glucose meter reliable to give accurate results? Or there could be little deviation from actual result?
That's good. But butter in Pakistan is very expensive. My nutritionist recommended me Lurpak brand of butter which is good for diet conscious people. Its 200g pack costs about $3 whereas vegetable oil is only $1.5 per litre.
I also don't want to use vegetable oils and replace them with olive oil and coconut oil and butter but they are expensive to afford. But I will try to minimize using vegetable oil
