I had my swine flu jab last week and my arm is still painful. I ached all over for 6 days and it has just started to ease off. It's as though my arm is badly bruised under the skin as there isn't any bruising on the skin. In fact I didn't even feel it when the nurse injected me.

I was on sertraline for about 6 -12 months and came off it about 3 months ago due to the side effects. The tablets were great for a while and I felt much better. Then I started getting dizzy spells and felt sick. So I went 'cold turkey' and stopped taking them. Found out that the dizzy...

To lose a lot more weight. Start getting this house into shape. Count my blessings and be more grateful for what i have got and not moan about what I haven't. Try to be more patient. Stop being such a pain in the ass!! :wink:

I've got my swine flu jab on 18th January. At least now I know what to look out for. I've booked the next day off work just in case of any symptoms. Thanks doe the reassurances folks. :wink:

To be truthful not a lot lately. Photography is one hobby that has helped me lose weight and help improve my depression. Nothing beats watching animals/people or visit a new place with my camera.

I have lost 2 1/2 stones since February 2009 (5 stones in 4 years) and my aim is to lose another 5 stones. Even then the doctor would consider me too big but I've told him to back off as it's my choice of target weight I want to get to. Then I want to buy some jeans and some really nice SMALL...

It was a blood test cugila. I have them every 6 months. The urine tests are good too. So they're good results kegstore...thanks for that. Need some good news for once. Just found out I've got Menieres diseas today.

My cholestrol was up from 4-6 to 6-4 last mot. I was told that because I had a course of antibiotics I cou;dn't take the simvastin. This would explain the rise, wouldn't it? Now I've got to take a full fasting lipid test in January. Does this give the full test results...good/bad parts or...

I had my diabetes 6 monthly mot about 10 days ago. I was told, eventually, that my kidney readings had improved from 61 to 77. Anybody got any idea what this means? :?
