I just stopped taking them and then told the doctor that I'm not taking them anymore. They upset my stomach so much it was ridiculous. Doctor gave me something else instead.

I much prefer the products from lowcarbfoodco as well - find them much nicer

I use electrolytes and this has really helped and touch wood hardly any cramps now. Used to get them nearly every night.

I have always drank a lot of fluids and if its a cold drink, has to be really cold for me. In fact first thing I do in the morning is have ice cold water. Its lovely, lol

I take linagliptin with glucophage. Didnt realise until this morning that I have no linagliptin left. Will this be a problem? Thanks

I started on metformin but couldnt tolerate it. Was given glucophage slow release and had relatively few problems so there are definitely differences between the brands. Doc told me several of her patients can tolerate glucophage but not the metformin.
