I usually feel really hungry when my blood sugar is low. I cant sleep either.

I went on the DAFNE course a year ago. I found it really useful and my control is much better now. Just like to mention that most people on the course had been given time off work to attend (not used their holiday) I hadn't even thought of that so it is always worth asking!

Hello, Just stop taking them. My diabetic doctor kept insisting that I take statins, I did try them for a week, never felt so unwell. Went to my gp for advice, he told me that no one will be taking them in two years time! I wonder why

Hello there, I usually have a rich tea biscuit or something similar with around 10 carbs. Hope that helps.
