    Even better news now. Following a routine visit to my GP, he told me that following my recent weight loss, he now no longer considers me diabetic (woo hoo), but I must keep to my present weight, and even reduce further.     Hba1c almost halved in 2 months

    Very well done. I was diagnosed late November 2016 with Type 2 and my HBA1C figure was 61. Had it checked last week and it's down to 47. No meds, just diet and will power!

    Breakfasts

    Why don't you try some fish? I sometimes open a tin of sardines, mackerel or kippers and have half a tin for breakfast and leave the other half for teatime or the next day. I also have the jars of pickled herring in jars from Lidl. Delicous!
