Hi [emoji5] I have just started this way of eating, trying to do around 30g carbs or less. I think it’s the way forward for diabetes, my blood sugar has never been as stable. Would this class as Keto or low carb?

I’m new here. I’m thinking about doing keto to lose weight and control my sugars tightly. I’m getting older and freaking out about complications from diabetes in the long run.
