I have been told it is less likely the diet will work if over 10 years but it didn't say impossible so I'm giving it a good go. At least I would have tried. If you can get support all the better but unlucky for me my doctor doesn't agree with it. Good luck if you decide to do it!

I am also in week four but had a blip last week after having a stressful time and lost no weight, back to it now though - lots of luck keep going!

Hi Pipp, I am on week four but have been diabetic for ten years so prob no reversal for me, just hoping to lose the insulin
