My name is Helen, I am 50 Feb 2016 and hoping to lose a few stones and get my Diabetes in order, as of now I go with the flow and live day by day with this condition, as of today I am going to take it serious as I want to still be here to see both my Grandchildren get to their 21st Birthdays, At the moment Jack is 5 and Olivia is 2 so on a huge mission... about time too .- Birthday

- I walk a little half hour most days, swim a few times a week...

- I love to go walking, shopping mostly browsing with my daughter and grandchildren, go to the park etc.

- many things depression is awfull,I wish there were more support with Diabetes in my area would love to meet people and talk about the condition ... I get along .
