    6.9 today. After a string of low to mid 7s all last week. Managed a short run yesterday, left leg still not great , but better than a month ago.

    Morning All, 4.9 last night on arrival at home from a week long course. 7.6 this morning. Can’t run, ankle very unhappy, off to Physio on Monday morning to try and get it fixed.

    6.0 this morning. Limped my way around a short run, time to stop being so stubborn and get my left leg, knee , ankle foot combo looked at.

    Morning all, 5.3 today, I’ve been on a run of 6s so this unusual. Less running than I was doing this time last year, due to a limpy knee/ankle combo. Hope you are all keeping well.

    8.9 yesterday and 7.3 today. A bit out of character for me ! School run, then running as far as the knee will permit.

    6.8 yesterday, 6.9 today. Off out running for a bit, slowly getting pace back, left leg uncooperative for most of Jan.

    7.1 today, off to jump on the treadmill as it’s frosty outside.

    5.5 for me this morning . Running later today, off to pick up a cross trainer for the garage early afternoon , I think I am becoming obsessed !
