Lunch today was a ham & boiled egg wholemeal sandwich. And tea was beef & pork bolognese (not one of my best) on a bed of shredded, fried Brussels sprouts.
Lunch was a few nuts, some dark chocolate and a sausage roll. Dinner was a Thai green chicken curry, with green beans, and a small amount of jasmine rice.
Lunch today was a lamb burger, and green beans, carrots and Brussels sprouts, with a mint gravy, and a few Jersey Royals. A snack later was a ham & mustard wholemeal sandwich.
