    Thanks, @ianf0ster. I hope it stays around that level. As an aside, LibreLink estimated my A1C as 31, so not too far off.

    Thanks, @Rachox. I meant it's not a success as it hasn't moved. I'm happy, I just want to lose about another 12 pounds and stay there. I'm just wondering what the typical non-diabetic HbA1c is.

    Hardly a success story - it's exactly the same as my last test a year ago: 33 mmol/mol. I suppose it just goes to show that, for me, losing a lot of weight has helped keep me in remission, despite eating more carbs.

    Expectation of readings post mealtimes

    I don't know if this is any help. But I'm currently in remission, and earlier I had a baguette (approx 65g carbs) and my glucose went from 5 to 11 mmol/L, and then went back to under 5 within two hours. Here's my graph if it's any use:
