I joined the army at 15 and served 32 years, then a further 15 as a humanitarian worker. Found to have coronary heart disease 14 years ago and underwent triple by-pass. Since then experienced chronic fatigue which I self diagnosed as side effects of medicaments....it was to be a further 15 years before DT2 was found.
Now heavily using shakes twice daily light meal to control weight (with some success). HbA1c now at 43 and average daily BG 6.5 to 7.5.
I watch this Forum closely and find it reassuring and helpful learning from others.Interact
