I love reading opinions on forums and this is a pretty big forum. I'm a heart patient from birth and so my interest has historically been cardiology, however, with the ever increasing ridiculous public health situation we face in the UK, and the wider western world, I now devote my time to helping people with other avoidable diseases of affluence. :)
