I had a hypo a week ago, I was advised by diabetic team to drink pure orange juice with no ‘bits’ in it, it had to be smooth and pure. Although. You have to follow up with a sandwich. It depends how low your bs is, I was 3.9 and very shaking and sweaty. Hope this helps

Over several months my HBA1c has risen from 54 - 96, despite getting in touch with GP it has taken several months of trying different medications to try bring down the blood sugars without success. So now I am going onto insulin I hope it works

Told not to take Trulicity as I have pancreatic disease, have been referred to specialist diabetic nurse , GPS don’t know what to do with me !!

Hi, gliclazide has made no difference to my blood sugars, I am about to go onto Trulicity, I have no problem with injecting but am nervous about the common side effects.
