    6.8 today. Lowest for 3 months. Struggled a bit after being taken off Ozempic, but got my diet and numbers under better control now.

    8.7 this morning, but we're on leave for 2 weeks, so I've eased up slightly, but will be back strictly on WW in about 8 days.

    6.9 today. Delighted with the impact my WW diet is having. Lost 4lbs this week too (plenty more to go though)!

    7.6 on Thursday morning.

    7.9 this morning but still happy with that. Saw GP yesterday and she doesn't want to change my diabetes medication as my fasting numbers have come down from the 10-14 that they were, since I started my WW diet 4 days ago.
