    11.9 this morning - fasting reading reduced from 15-19 since Pioglitazone increase. Another increase to max dosage in 3 week's time.

    12.2 this morning - lowest for over 6 months. Hopefully my new medication is starting to kick in but I'm not counting on it yet :)

    14 this morning. Spoke to GP today and he's upping my Pioglitazone to 30 then 45mg (alongside my current Semaglutide (Ozempic) 1mg and Glimepiride 6mg).

    15.4 this morning. Joined Weightwatchers today to help me make better food choices. Already lost 35lbs since mid-last year, so it's not really about the weight so much - more to better control my carb intake (which is up to 350-400g). Alongside the drugs I'm already on - Ozempic 1mg...

    14.0 today (still waiting for the newly increased Ozempic dosage and addition of Pioglitazone to kick in - I'm also on 6mg of Glimepiride).

    13.9 (at least it's better than yesterday's 19.8).

    I get sleepy all the time. I wake up more tired than when I went to bed. Going out for a walk helps though. My HbA1c is 109 due to a change in medication 8 months ago , when it was 64.

    15.6 this morning. Been 14-17 fasting for months now, since I stopped Mounjaro. Even went up to 29 in the day recently, but the GPs don't seem to think there's anything urgent to address. On Ozempic and Glimepiride at the moment but they're doing very little. Lost 35lbs in the last 16 months or...
