6.8 this morning, but I came off the Glimepiride last night as recommended by GP. Now just on Tirzepatide and Pioglitazone.

5.4 this morning and 5.6 yesterday. Lowest for years. Found the right medication combination at last (Tirzepatide, Glimepiride and Pioglitazone - the last of these makes the most difference for me). GP wants me to slowly come off Glimepiride, I've already reduced it to 4mg.

9.9 this morning but I ate late on. Has been down to 6.3 recently. Was 15-19 fasting for 9 months, but back to reasonable readings now I'm on max dose Pioglitazone.

11.9 this morning - fasting reading reduced from 15-19 since Pioglitazone increase. Another increase to max dosage in 3 week's time.

12.2 this morning - lowest for over 6 months. Hopefully my new medication is starting to kick in but I'm not counting on it yet :)

14 this morning. Spoke to GP today and he's upping my Pioglitazone to 30 then 45mg (alongside my current Semaglutide (Ozempic) 1mg and Glimepiride 6mg).

15.4 this morning. Joined Weightwatchers today to help me make better food choices. Already lost 35lbs since mid-last year, so it's not really about the weight so much - more to better control my carb intake (which is up to 350-400g). Alongside the drugs I'm already on - Ozempic 1mg...

14.0 today (still waiting for the newly increased Ozempic dosage and addition of Pioglitazone to kick in - I'm also on 6mg of Glimepiride).
