    Hi there I am wondering if this is ok to use while exercising for a type 1. High5 EnergySource 4:1 With Super Carbs 1.6kg Tub it has 40% Fructose / 60% Maltodextrin I want to start running and doing longer distances on my mountain bike and hopefully look better than i do now fitness wise...

    Hi there I hav worked in IT for nearly 7 years now and had type 1 for a couple of years now. What jobs can types 1s do..... Whats is a defiant no no and is a defiant yes for example the raf reserve the navy reserve Cheers James
