Hi Margaret, I think a lot of mine is down to the prednisolone and on occasion my sweet tooth!!! I too have porridge in the mornings thinking it was ok. I think I will have to keep checking it and go back if it keeps fluctuating. Hope you get yours sorted soon. Jan

Sorry should have read 80mg Gliclizide in the morning. My typical dinner would be salmon, asparagus, new potatoes or cous cous, casserole/stew, roast dinner, fish salads.
