Hey all! I'm 25 and stay in southern Scotland, I was diagnosed December 2015 so not had it a massive amount of time, I get by but still struggle and get confused with it all. Would love to get to know everyone and make new friends!

I suppose its all about learning as you go. i'm sure i'll get the hang of it over time, just wish my local clinics would be more helpful. Thanks for your advice, feel a little less stressed about it now, maybe now i can sleep better at night :)
