I am trying to post this How many sugars in a day ? or in a meal ? My diabetic nurse says look for 5g or less in a 100g if buying in store . But she doesnt say what is a good yardstick for a day or a month? How and where can I post this?

Can you contact your nurse or doctor ? I'm not sure the finger is the correct place. I only inject once but in a much more flabby area. Can any one else help who uses more than one injection a day?
