Glass half-full person except between Sept and March, when I really want to hibernate! Even then, if the day is sunny and bright my glass half-fills again for a few hours then back to sleep!
Fasting glucose from 7.5 to 8.5, down to 5.6 at lowest during the day. Any lower and dizziness and trembling arrive until I have a sweet drink. 5ft 4in weight around 9st 6lbs, age 77.

Exercise
Not enough walking, aquarobics 1 per week, social swimming 1 per week. running up and downstairs at home due to failing memory (many times per day). Very active on Mondays volunteering in a busy lunch/tea room.
Likes
Opera, reading, other people's gardens, good food and company. Walking. cats and dogs but do not own them.
Dislikes
Extraneous noise (mobile phones in quiet carriages), tattoos especially on females. Increasing arthritis in hands.
