    Thanks for all the comments. The problem my daughter has with measuring before cooking is that you have to eat everything you cook .as you have to judge the insolin to the food. Which can be difficult.

    Still confused with uncooked pasta and cooked pasta (spaghetti, rice, pasta) as you get two different carbs reading. Which one would you use? So much to learn. Thank you.
