Hi guys, I am new to this so be patient. I am LADA and struggling with weight loss and I was told of this low carb diet. I'm 6' and 19st, I was 20st 8lbs at my worst. I want big changes for 2018 and a new low carb diet might just do the trick. I think it's this DESMOND diet I'm looking for. JK
